The skills you've learned throughout this course will be invaluable to you. I can assure you that you'll use them repeatedly as your company begins using Salesforce and you make ongoing changes to optimize the system.

Instead of paying a consultant $150 an hour or more to make these changes, you'll be in a much better position to handle them yourself.

So, what's next?

At this point, the users in your company should begin using the system. Over the next two weeks, you should gather feedback from your team.

However, be careful. You don't want to make changes simply because one or two users have made a request. Work with your entire team, especially your leaders. Gather input, build consensus, and ultimately make changes that will have a positive impact on all users.

It's important to find the right balance between changing Salesforce to fit your company's processes and changing your company's processes to fit Salesforce.
