Good session overall, considering that we didn't really have robust training on how to use Salesforce prior to this day. It was great to have the opportunity to learn and practice on how to use reports and some functionalities from Salesforce.

This was by far one of the best, most relevant trainings that have been offered at NPD. I found a lot of value in this session because Mark lets trainees know that they're not crazy for thinking that Salesforce is NOT intuitive to use, and he starts off at the foundations.

The training that Mark provided was the best training we have had as managers since we started using Salesforce. He opened our eyes to all the capabilities that Salesforce has to offer… We need more training on the manager level, and now for the entire sales team to ensure we have full integration, buy-in, and adoption as a company. Salesforce is ultimately supposed to be a revenue-generating CRM. Mark will be able to show us all how to do this.
