Book a discovery call
Let's look at what's actually holding you back.
Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation. No pitch. No presentation. Just an honest look at your Process, Platform, and People—and a straightforward assessment of where Salesforce is helping, where it's holding you back, and whether we're the right fit.
- 30–45 mins
- No obligation—just an honest conversation.
- You'll leave with practical insights, whether we work together or not.
“If you or your team aren't getting the business value you expected from Salesforce, I'd love to hear your story. Let's talk about what's working, what's not, and whether we can help.” Mark Christie, Founder

A conversation, not a pitch
We ask about your sales organization — how you sell, how you manage, and where Salesforce is letting you down.
- 02
An honest read
We tell you what we think is actually going on across Process, Platform and People — including if we don't think you need us.
- 03
A recommendation
If it makes sense to go further, we outline what a discovery assessment would look at and what it would tell you.

Questions we get asked
Before you book.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation — an honest look at your process, platform and people. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say so. That is a better outcome for both of us than a project that disappoints.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever owns the number and whoever owns Salesforce — often a VP or Director of Sales, a CRO, or a RevOps lead. The conversation is most useful when someone who feels the pain and someone who knows the system are both in the room.
What if we are not ready to start a project?
That is completely fine, and it is true of plenty of the conversations we have. Understanding where the gaps are is valuable on its own — and if the timing is wrong, knowing that is a useful answer too.
What happens after we submit this form?
It comes straight to us and we follow up to arrange a time that works. There is no automated sequence and nobody else will call you.
