Course Overview

The Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant course is a five-day, hands-on program designed to help Salesforce professionals understand and apply OmniStudio tools to real-world business requirements.

Participants will explore the capabilities of OmniStudio and learn how to design guided interactions and customer-focused solutions using tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Business Rules Engine components.

The course is delivered in a workshop format by an experienced instructor and is designed to support preparation for the Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant certification. Salesforce Developers preparing for the OmniStudio Developer certification may also benefit from this course, although additional self-study will be required to address the more technical aspects of that credential.

Prerequisites

Required

Participants should have one of the following:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

• Equivalent Salesforce administration experience.

• Successful completion of the Salesforce Administration in Lightning Experience course offered by Stony Point.

Recommended

The following knowledge or certifications are recommended but not required:

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
